Ovaj grafikon predstavlja nacrt i navodi sve elemente koji su vam potrebni kao OO da biste započeli efikasnu spoljnu komunikaciju – angažovanje sa vašim zainteresovanim stranama. Uloge i odgovornosti za implementaciju su takođe navedene i kao OO morate znati gde se ti resursi mogu naći. Ponekad će to biti osoba unutar vaše organizacije, ponekad eksterni saradnik, jer u komunikaciji nije retkost da imate eksternog stručnjaka ili kompaniju koja će vam pomoći u stalnom radu na kvalitetnoj komunikaciji. Vremenski okvir i dinamika su takođe predloženi u primeru, pružajući pregled o tome šta će ići gde i kada.
